The following are the Terms and Conditions in Connections:
I must attend at least one meeting before an application for membership will be considered.
I am responsible to pay a one time fee of $40.00 and a monthly fee of $45.00 until such a time I terminate my membership by giving a two-week written notice.
I am responsible to pay a $5.00 late fee if my monthly dues are not paid by the 2nd meeting of the month.
My membership may be terminated if I do not attend regularly and miss three consecutive meetings without notice.
I am responsible to abide by the Connections By-Laws.
I understand that my $40 application fee is non-refundable.
